I purchased a round trip ticket from LAX to Bangkok. I used this ticket to fly to Bangkok. I’m happy in Thailand and want to stay longer. The airline is Thai Airways. (According to Cheap Tickets I have to pay a fee of $180 (approximately) to modify this ticket. Can I change my ticket without paying and additional fees?

So a week after I booked a flight to Jamaica for this next August, my friend invited me to be a groomsman in his wedding and I need to change my return flight. I bought the flight through Orbitz and the flight is with Delta airlines. What’s the best way to go about re-booking the flight to avoid as many fees as possible?
