Cape Cod isn’t too expensive, I guess.
    Rhode Island.
Arizona.- No beaches there of course, though, only pools etc.
St Maarten in the Caribbean isn’t cheap, but it’s a whole lot of fun.
    Hope I helped.

Knowing where you are would help but — if you want to cut the budget consider camping instead of a hotel or you can look on craigslist and find a vacation rental which would also be cheaper than a hotel.

Then for food — cook your own. I’ve even cooked soup in a hotel coffee pot.

Go to travelzoo.com and give them your e-mail and they will send you any discount packages that come there way.

Spending summer vacation in Mexican sea is also a good option preferably on a yacht cruise. as you can enjoy the natural beauty of Cabo San Lucas & also have beach fun. Check out here for more fun http://www.contenderyacht.com/mexicovacation.html
